Who we use to deliver your order
We use Interlink Express to deliver our parcels to you and all deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive two emails –
1. From A Party Shop stating that your parcel has been dispatched
2. From Interlink Express stating delivery date & time.
Should this be inconvenient, please follow the instructions to re-arrange delivery.

Browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We aim to hold all listed products in stock. On the odd occasion when we run out we are usually restocked within 48 hours, unless a manufacturer has misjudged the demand for a product and it is unavailable.
If any item ordered is not in stock you will be emailed with an approximate delivery date, we will also try to offer you an alternative product that is in stock. If you would rather not wait you have the option to cancel the order.

Returns Policy
All goods are thoroughly checked before they are despatched, but any items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture may be returned within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund.Claims for missing items or goods which have been damaged in the post, will not be considered unless we are advised in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Any goods that have been ordered and which you decide that you do not want may be returned for exchange or refund (less postage costs) on prior arrangement with APARTYSHOP within 10 days of receipt. The cost of the return is the responsibilty of the customer. The goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original un-opened packaging with all original tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.
It is advisable to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods returned and are 'lost in the post'.
Prior to the return of any goods, the customer must inform APARTYSHOP by email at sales@apartyshop.co.uk
